Questions fleet and rentals ask.
$49 a month on Starter. It covers up to 10 members, includes $50 of unified credit every month and as many agents as you like. Collabicle doesn’t charge per vehicle. If you use WhatsApp, its message fees are Meta’s, not ours.
A vehicle is hired by the hour or for a day, and Mira only offers the times it’s free. For longer hires, set the van up like a stay: booked by the night, with your own pickup and return times.
You can add each van, or one van with a count of three. Either way Mira only offers a time while one is free.
A deposit, a fixed amount or a share of the price, is set on the vehicle. The slot is held until the card payment goes through, on your own Stripe, and the money goes to your Stripe account.
No. If you need them today, keep the tool you use for the road, and let Mira take the chats and bookings.
Yes, for the front desk: Mira answers from your rates and the areas you cover, and books pickup slots. Routes and proof of delivery stay in the tool you use now.
In a table you keep, with a row for each vehicle. Set a Monday routine and Nova reads it and tells you what’s due.
Yes. Collabicle makes your quotes and invoices; your books and tax stay where they are.
You answer a few questions about your business, check what Nova drafted and meet your team. Bringing in your rates and vehicles takes a little longer, depending on how many channels you use.
