Can it handle account-specific trade rates?

Yes. Keep your tiers in the price list table and tell your agents which account sits on which tier. Anything priced below list waits for your sign-off, and a rule you teach once in chat sticks for every quote after.

Does it track stock?

Stock lives in a table your team keeps current and your agents check before every quote. It is not a full inventory system yet: stock that moves on its own with every order arrives with the Inventory suite, which is coming soon.

Will customers still message us on WhatsApp and email?

Yes, and nothing changes for them. Email and WhatsApp are coming to Collabicle soon. Today, orders and enquiries come in through your own order forms, and you send quotes as a link.

Can I bring my existing spreadsheets?

Yes. Stock sheets and price lists import into tables. You approve each import, every row remembers which import wrote it, and any import can be undone in one go.

Does it do invoicing and accounting?

It prints quotes and invoices from your own templates. Payments and bookkeeping are not built in; an Accounting suite is coming soon.
