The multi-agent company OSBeta
The work gets done. You just say yes.
Collabicle gives your business AI agents that work like staff. An enquiry comes in and they take it from there: checked against your prices and records, quoted, and handed to the crew. What's left for you is the part that commits the company.
For businesses too big for WhatsApp and spreadsheets, and too small for an ERP project. Free for 14 days.
An illustrative morning at a small cleaning company: Mara asks for a quote on the website form, Otto, an AI agent, drafts it from the price list, Dana approves it, and Mara opens the quote from a shared link.

Same business.Before and after Collabicle.
The same morning twice: once the way it runs today, with every enquiry passing through you, and once with agents carrying the work and only what commits the company reaching you.
An illustrative morning at a small cleaning company. Today, a customer's chat, a quote chased by email, the jobs spreadsheet, the crew's group chat and a to-do list all wait on the owner. With Collabicle, Iris checks the enquiry and adds the new customer, Juno puts the job in the jobs table and posts it in the crew channel, and Otto drafts the quote. Only the quote, Q-1043 for $210, waits for the owner's approval.
Day to day, with Collabicle
Learned once.
Show it a job once. Every job after is done the same way.
Checked before it goes.
A missing price or sign-off stops a quote before it leaves.
Told once.
Say a new rule in chat. The next job follows it.
Follows up.
A quote with no reply gets a nudge, waiting for your yes.
Today, every line runs through you. With Collabicle, your agents carry them, and only what commits you reaches you.

Name an area of the business and it gets an agent to run it, a channel of its own, and the tables and forms that area works from. You keep the people. The routine work has somebody on it from the first day.

Still wondering?Fair enough.
What kinds of business is it for?
Any business where work comes in from customers and has to be done, checked and sent back out: shops, trade suppliers, clinics, studios, agencies, site crews, kitchens, tutors. If you are too big for WhatsApp and spreadsheets and too small for an ERP project, it is built for you.
What can my agents do without asking me?
The routine: filing, checking, drafting, reminding, keeping records straight. Anything that commits you to a price, a date or a message out waits on a card for your sign-off, until you decide a particular job no longer needs one.
Is this for me, or for my whole team?
Both. You get a personal assistant that works with exactly your access, and your team shares agents by department. An admin decides who gets a personal assistant.
Does it replace WhatsApp and email?
No. Customers keep reaching you the way they do now, and those conversations land in the same place as the work. Website forms work today; email and WhatsApp are coming soon.
What if an agent gets something wrong?
Every action carries two names: the agent that did it and the person it was done for. You can see all of it, correct it in chat, and the correction sticks for next time.
Where does my data live?
In your own Collabicle organization, stored on Cloudflare. The files you already have stay where they are until you choose to bring them in.
Do I need a developer?
No. Setup is an interview, and everything after it is chat.
Hand over the routine. Keep the decisions.
